We highly recommend that campers arrive on the official arrival and departure dates above. However, should you require to modify the arrival and/or departure, we may be able to accommodate you upon availability. Transports Costs above are only applicable for the dates stated above, we will arrange a private car upon request. Price of the session cannot be modified for shortened stays.

What's included and what’s not?
The camp fee includes all living expenses in camp, including language courses, excursions, all activities, and ordinary infirmary and laundry services twice per week. Travel to and from camp, personal allowances as well as medical care are not included in these prices. See our conditions for more details or e-mail us.
How to get there?
Collection center for Camp is Zurich Airport where our airport managers will take care of absolutely everything, including reconfirmation of flights, check-in, assistance with tax-free. We may of course arrange a personalized pick-up from anywhere in the world. Just contact us for more details.
Can you pick us up?
Should you wish not to drive to / from the camp, we can organize on your behalf a pick-up from anywhere in Switzerland / France / Germany / Austria / Italy to the camp and vice-versa on any dates. We have many cars available with different sizes and options. All cars are operated by Drivers. Do not hesitate to contact us for prices and questions. Kindly note this service is operated by Europcar. Helicopters and Private Jets are also available.
The fine prints...
Additional days before or after the sessions are CHF 200.-/night/person.
CHF 300.- will be added to the bill to provide for possible medical and/or phone bills. The balance is refunded at the end of the camper's stay at camp. All prices quoted and payable in Swiss Francs. A non-refundable deposit of CHF 1'500.- per camper is due with the application, the balance due 40 days prior to arrival.
What about insurance
Compulsory accident insurance is CHF 310.- and covers treatment in shared rooms anywhere in Switzerland. Treatment in a private section is at the charge of the camper/parents. Full details available upon request.
Summarized Conditions
The camp accepts girls and boys aged 6-17. It is understood that campers will conduct themselves in a manner befitting a guest in a camp in a foreign country and will abide by the regulations. The administration reserves the right to send home any camper who does not adhere to the above or does not respect the camp rules. In such cases, no refund will be given. There will be no refund for a shortened stay, for any days, sports, activities or excursions missed. The same applies in case of withdrawal or dismissal or cancellation after the beginning of camp. During the enrollment process, you will receive all the necessary information. Only the full conditions present on the website are valid (the PDF Document called “Conditions” and only the English Version is official). We reserve the right to us all pictures, movies made during the camp for promotional purposes unless specifically requested in written form (no e-mail) by the parent / guardian.

- Up to 40 days prior to arrival: 1500.- Penalty (deposit)
- Less than 40 days prior to arrival : full amount due
